No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written consent.
6.2 User-Submitted Content
By submitting, posting, or sharing any content on the platform, including comments, questions, or materials during live sessions, you grant Mentex Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating and improving the platform. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license.
6.3 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to Mentex Hub may be used freely without obligation, compensation, or attribution to you.
7. Payments and Refunds
7.1 Fees
Access to certain webinars, courses, or features may require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly presented prior to purchase. By completing a payment, you agree to the stated price and payment terms.
7.2 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and subject to the specific terms stated at the time of purchase. Mentex Hub reserves the right to deny refund requests where access to digital content has already been granted or consumed.
